平台简介

植物化学基因组学平台面向全国高等院校、科研机构提供高通量化合物筛选公共技术服务。平台目前拥有植物天然小分子化合物库以及Tecan Freedom EVO 200全自动化液体处理工作站、Spark多功能微孔板检测仪、Cytomat™全自动二氧化碳培养箱等全球领先设备,可实现高通量化合物筛选、酶联免疫吸附实验、筛选模型建立等过程的全自动化操作。平台也配备了步入式恒温恒湿洁净室和细胞培养所需关键仪器设备,并提供相应技术支撑服务,满足开展高水平化学功能基因组学研究的创新需求。

Tecan Freedom EVO® 200大型全自动化液体处理工作站

灵活、成熟的多功能机器人平台,为多样本和高通量应用提供自动化解决方案。包括以下功能模块:

Core Summary

 The Plant Functional Chemical Genomics Core Facility provides high-throughput screening services to universities and research institutions nationwide. Currently, the facility houses a chemical library of plant natural compounds and a Tecan Freedom EVO® 200 multi-functional robotic workstation, a Spark® multifunctional microplate reader, a Cytomat™ automatic incubator for high throughput drug screening, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, and the establishment of cell-based drug screening models, etc. The facility is also equipped with a cleanroom suite and key instruments necessary for routine cell culture, and provide training and technical assistance for the growing demand of innovative scientific research.


List of Instruments

Tecan Freedom EVO® 200 workstation

 The Tecan Freedom EVO® workstation is a flexible robotic platform for high throughput applications. The robot performs fully automated liquid-handling tasks with two pipetting arms and a manipulator arm. The workstation is integrated with the following peripheral devices:


  • Te-Shake orbital shaker: This highly effective shaker could handle microplates, deep-well plates, half-skirted PCR plates, and microcentrifuge tubes. The shaker offers full software control of shaking parameters satisfying the needs of both rigorous mixing and delicate resuspension.


  • MIO monitored incubation option: This unit provides temperature-controlled incubation directly on the workdeck.


  • Hydrospeed Plate washer: This microplate washer precisely controls the speed and power of aspiration and dispensing for cell, bead and ELISA washing applications.


  • Spark microplate reader: This spectrophotometer is configured to support multiple detection modes including absorbance, fluorescence (top & bottom), time resolved fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, and luminescence.


  • Cytomat 2C incubator: This CO2 plate incubator accommodates all standard microplate formats under various temperatures, humidity ranges, and gaseous atmospheres.


  • Laminar flow cabinet: HEPA Class 100 laminar air flow cabinet maintains a constant positive air pressure to prevent the intrusion of contamination.
