策划中心研究与发展方向，对各课题组的研究工作提出指导建议并提供所需帮助，每年评估及考核实验室研究进展和成果。
Planning HBMC strategic directions and mission. Providing guidance and support to individual research group. Assessing progress and achievements of individual research group.
