利用代谢组学和遗传工具改善食品质量和植物营养
植物化学代谢组学
植物中蕴藏着数以万计的化合物,绝大多数仍待人们去揭示其奥秘。我的研究方向是,将代谢组学与多变量数据分析结合,构建出每一植物样本独特的“化学指纹”,进而全面评估其生化成分的丰富性。以乌龙茶为例,我尝试运用机器学习技术,对不同类型的乌龙茶进行精准区分。鉴于当前该领域尚缺乏明确的指导规范,我希望能开发一套完善的化学计量分析验证方法,为相关研究提供使用标准。
草莓生物强化
植物生物强化技术,作为应对微量营养素缺乏问题的一大创新手段,展现出了巨大的发展潜力。其中,草莓因其突出的经济价值以及相对简便的基因改造流程,成为了生物强化的优选对象。我的研究聚焦于利用先进的分子育种技术,深入探索提升草莓植株微量营养素含量的有效方法,以期为人们提供更健康、更营养的草莓果实。

面包果及其产品经我的研究开发及提案,被承认为“公认安全”(GRAS)的食品添加物。其作为新型面粉替代品,现可广泛的应用于面包,面条,燕麦等各类食品。这份GRAS提案,促使了面包果北美销售的合法化。
