陈明杰

授、博士生导师。1991年毕业于河南师范大学生物系获得学士学位;1994年获得武汉大学微生物学硕士学位; 2001年毕业于中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所并随后获得遗传学博士学位。 2002年赴香港科技大学生物学系做一年访问研究;20032014年先后在美国明尼苏达大学植物学系和密苏里大学生物化学系做博士后研究,从事过植物的光信号传导、脂类代谢调控与非生物逆境胁迫的适应机制以及光合产物的源库分配机制研究,研究结果在《Plant Cell》、《Plant Journal》、《Plant Physiology》等国际植物学期刊上发表,其中第一作者17篇,通讯作者4篇。2015年受聘为园艺中心教授。


研究方向:

  1. 园艺作物(茶树和番木瓜)代谢组学;

  2. 植物脂类代谢及其在非生物胁迫中作用机制;

  3. 植物代谢基因工程与作物改良。
