报告人:Prof.Takashi Ueda

题 目:Diversification of membrane trafficking pathways during land plant evolution

ProfileDr. Takashi Ueda is a full professor at Division of Cellular Dynamics, National Institute for Basic Biology, Japan. In 1998, he received a Ph.D degree in Biology from the University of Tokyo. He had worked as an associate professor at Department of Biological Sciences, Graduate School of Sciences, The University of Tokyo between 03/2004–03/2016. His research area is Plant Cell Biology: Organelle functions and membrane trafficking in plants. His research highlights are about the demonstration of endosomal differentiation in plant cells. Besides, the discovery of plant-unique machinery components of membrane traffic including plant-specific RAB GTPases and SNARE proteins, and the reconstruction of diversification of membrane trafficking pathways during plant evolution.He obtained Young Investigator Award from Botanical Society of Japan(2007)and from The Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists(2010). Between 2014 to 2016, he has been as a Chair of International Committee, Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists. Furthermore, he is an editor of Plant & Cell Physiology.


报告人: Dr.Masahiko Furutani

题目:Establishment and maintenance of cell polarity in polar auxin transport

ProfileDr. Masahiko Furutani is a Research Assistant Professor at Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences, Nagoya University. He received his Ph.D degree in Bioscience from Nara Institute of Science and Technology in 2005.He had worked as Assistant Professor from 2006 to 2014 and as Associate Professor from 2014 to 2016 at Graduate School of Biological Sciences, Nara Institute of Science and Technology. His teaching and research interests are Plant Development, Cell Biology, Genetics, Mathematical Biology, Plant Physiology.


报告人:Prof.Shingo Nagawa

题目:Generation of global polarity in cotyledon epidermis by auxin signaling and transport

ProfileDr. Shingo Nagawa  is Cell Biology Core facility manager/Professor of Shanghai Center for Plant Stress Biology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2007, he received his Ph.D degree from the Department of Biological Sciences, Graduate School of Science, The University of Tokyo. After graduation, he worded as Postdoctoral Research Scholar with Dr. Hiroo Fukuda for one year and with Dr. Zhenbiao Yang for four years. His research area is Cell biology. His research interests is about: Development of fluorescent markers for dissecting plant developmental processes and Analyzing cotyledon developmental processes.
